EPE, EVA and LDPE foam liners and gaskets that seal by elasticity under the cap — no foil, no heat, no equipment.
How it seals
A foam liner works like a gasket: the cap compresses it against the container rim and the foam’s own elasticity maintains the seal for the life of the pack. No adhesive, no foil, no sealing equipment — the liner simply sits inside the cap and does its job every time the bottle is closed.
EPE (expanded polyethylene) is our workhorse: light, clean, resilient, with good resistance to water, most chemicals and temperature swings. EVA foam gives a softer, more conformable seal for slightly uneven rims. LDPE-coated board adds stiffness for caps that need a firm backing. All are converted on our own die-cutting lines into discs, washers, rings and any custom shape your cap drawing calls for.
This is the family used across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food, cosmetics and toy packaging — wherever the contents are solids, gels, powders or granules and the requirements are clean assembly, dust-proofing and moisture stability rather than a hermetic weld.

Choosing the right build
Thickness and durometer are the two decisions: thicker, softer foam seals better on slightly uneven or wide rims; thinner firm foam suits precision moulded closures where cap height is tight. If you have a cap drawing, send it — we check the available liner cavity and propose the grade that fills it correctly.
