Pressure-Sensitive Liners
A one-piece liner that seals under the cap’s own torque — no induction sealer, no heat, no change to your filling line.
How it seals
A pressure-sensitive liner (often called a PS22 or pressure-seal liner) is a foam or board disc coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. When the cap is screwed down, the cap’s own torque presses the adhesive onto the container rim and the liner stays there — sealed, with zero investment in sealing equipment.
Because there is no foil and no heat, the seal is not hermetic against liquids over the long term: it is the established solution for solids, powders, granules, tablets and dry products where the goals are tamper evidence, dust protection and moisture stability rather than a liquid-tight weld.
The liner peels off cleanly on first opening and the adhesive holds it to the cap — so the consumer can recap the bottle and the liner keeps resealing on every closure. That makes it a favourite for cosmetics jars, vitamin and supplement bottles, spice jars and dry-food packs.

Choosing the right build
Choose a pressure-sensitive liner when your filler has no induction sealer or the product is dry. If the contents are liquid, oily or volatile, an induction seal liner is the safer structure — pressure-sensitive adhesives are not designed to hold liquids over months of transport and storage.
Adhesion depends on the rim surface: glass, PE, PET, PP and PS rims each behave differently. Tell us the container and cap combination and we cut samples of the matching adhesive grade for a torque and peel test on your own line before you commit.
