Questions
What buyers ask before ordering
What do you need from me to recommend a liner structure?+
Three items: the container material (PE, PET, PP or glass) with a photo or drawing of the mouth; the cap type; and the contents, including whether they contain solvents, acids or oils. We reply with a structure proposal within 48 hours.
Do you provide free samples?+
Yes, samples are free. You cover the courier cost. You can also run a small trial batch to validate the liner on your line before full production.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
It depends on the diameter and structure. We confirm the MOQ when we quote.
What is your lead time?+
Within 14 days from order confirmation. A first production run with a new custom die may take slightly longer.
Which container materials can you seal?+
PE, PET and PP bottles and glass jars. The heat seal layer must match the mouth material, and we handle that matching for you.
Can you match the liner to my bottle and cap?+
Yes. We structure the liner around your mouth flatness, cap type and torque, and we validate it on the line before mass production.
Can you print my logo or emboss my brand on the liner?+
Yes. We print or steel-stamp the seal face, which also adds anti-counterfeit and tamper protection.
What are your payment terms?+
Standard international trade terms, confirmed when we quote (such as T/T).
Do you export, and which countries do you ship to?+
Yes. We export to Asia, the Americas, Oceania, the Middle East and Africa, shipping from Shanghai.
How do I know the liner will seal on my production line?+
You start with free samples to verify the structure, then a small trial batch, and we move to full production only once you confirm.
Can you supply custom shapes, not just round discs?+
Yes. We die-cut round, tabbed or any custom outline.
What certificates and quality systems do you hold?+
ISO 9001, with GMP-organised production, an in-house physicochemical and microbiological laboratory, and outgoing inspection on every batch.
