Overview
A seal that needs no heat and no machine
Foam and cap liners work differently from induction seals. They sit inside the cap and compress against the bottle lip when the cap is tightened, sealing by elasticity alone. No heat, no induction machine and no change to your filling line.
Because the liner springs back, the pack reseals cleanly every time it is opened and closed. EPE and LDPE grades are die-cut to your cap size, with an optional foil facing for extra moisture protection.

A layered structure, drawn to spec
An EPE or LDPE cap liner seals by elasticity under the cap. A foam ring stays in the cap for resealing, while an optional barrier film keeps contents dry and protected.
